Charles Cottrell has been serving clients for over 18 years. He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and the SMU Dedman School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and Oklahoma and board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in oil, gas and mineral law.
Charles has helped over 100 East Texas families get a fresh start with bankruptcy. He also has extensive experience in mineral title examination and has drafted hundreds of title opinions for both small independent and large publicly traded oil and gas producers in various producing areas in Texas, Oklahoma, North Dakota and other producing areas.
In his spare time, Charles is active in his Church, spends time with his wife and two daughters and competes in AKC retriever field trials with his Labrador Retrievers.
